a simple thought about angry words

We all regret things we say when we're mad. So today's thought is this:

Don't say anything when you're angry.

No matter what doesn't go your way. Not a word. Instead, breathe deeply until the feeling passes. It's not easy to do, but trust me, it's well worth the effort. I've been experimenting with this for a little while, and it's been really helpful. Try it for a week and see how it goes.
