Last week we drove 11 hours to Virginia for a friend's wedding. It was a beautiful ceremony, and later that week we went on an 8 mile hike to McAfee Knob. It was really hard, especially for those of us who are out of shape (yes, that's me). The view at the top was absolutely gorgeous, and well worth the tiring trip up. The elevation at the top was 3197 feet, compared to 300-something near Memphis, Tennessee.
Great photographs!
ReplyDeleteVery nice! Hope ya'll had fun! Even if it was hard for the people out of shape! ;)
ReplyDeleteBeautiful views! I looked on your old blogs a few times, because being a minimalist teenager alone in a family of hoarders is hard. After I got rid of things to a point where doing more than one piece a day was difficult, my life was focused on simplicity instead, and I see yours has done the same. So, to be honest, this blog has really made me smile. Thank you for starting it.
ReplyDeleteWow, beautiful photos! :) Thanks for sharing. :D
ReplyDeleteMcAfee reminded me of the antivirus program, haha! Interesting to learn that there is a place called that.
